Marlene is a Closing Assistant with nearly ten years of experience in the real estate industry. She began as an assistant to a Realtor in 2015, and by 2019, she had launched her own transaction coordination company, Key Closers, serving agents across multiple states. While working closely with title companies, she was inspired by a title professional named Donna Harris, whose integrity and dedication to clients left a lasting impression. Driven to deepen her skills, Marlene made the leap into title work full-time and hasn’t looked back.

Integrity is at the core of Marlene’s approach—she believes honesty and intentionality are essential in handling major purchases and complex documents. She loves the dynamic nature of her work, enjoying the different details of each transaction and the chance to make the process easier to understand for clients.

At home, Marlene and her boyfriend, Matthew, share a lively household with three young kids, including two boys also named Matthew, and their ever-friendly terri-poo, Luna. They’re an outdoorsy, creative bunch, spending weekends paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet skiing, and filling their home with music and crafts. Marlene herself loves flipping furniture, drawing, and is even planning a pico de gallo garden. Her local favorites include Lighthouse Cove in Cocoa Beach for family outings and The Island Restaurant Bar & Grill for riverside dinners with her boyfriend, where they often end up laughing over new recipes and a glass of wine.
